2017 CRAFT VENDOR APPLICATION

The Arts & Craft Show is a popular tradition at our Celebrate Commemorate festival, Waterloo New York. We welcome back our returning crafts people and extend an invitation to new vendors. Linked above is a printable registration form. You will need to return your completed registration form along with full (non-refundable) payment by May 1st, 2017 in order to reserve a spot in the festival. Booth placement is determined at time of set-up.

The Arts & Crafts show will be outside RAIN or SHINE and will offer accessibility to all of our attractions and great visibility for the Arts & Crafts Show.

Set-up will be Friday, May 26th 2017 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and Saturday from 6:30 am – 9:00 am.  An event supervisor will be available during these time periods and throughout the fair.  Memorial Day Place is available for unloading & loading only.  NO PARKING, VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.

24 Hour security is provided on site.  Vendors will need to provide own tables, chairs, electric cords, tents, etc.  When you arrive, booth assignments will be given out at the registration table on Main Street.

Booths are to remain open until 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 28th.  Please do not begin tearing down your booth before 5:00 pm on Sunday.  If this happens people will think the show is closing and some of the best sales can be at this time!

Access to food, beverages and restrooms are on site.  Celebrate Commemorate has many attractions and events scheduled throughout the two day festival.

Thank you for participating and enjoy the festival.
