We have received some inquiries on how the public can sign up for Hyper-Reach (reverse 911, emergency notifications). They can sign up using the link below or by calling the Emergency Management Office 315-539-1757 or 315-539-1756.  This link can also be found on the county website on the 911, Emergency Management, or Sheriff webpages. Landlines are automatically added to the system, but you must sign up to register your cell phones.  Please share this information with your residents. Thank you!
