The Village of Waterloo is Requesting Input on 2023 Downtown Revitalization Initiative application at Community Center

Waterloo, NY, September 7, 2023 – The Village of Waterloo will be hosting a public hearing at the Waterloo Community Center on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 6:00PM to gather input on the Village’s application for up to $10 million in Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) or up to $4.5 million in New York Forward funding from the State of New York. Individuals who participate will be given an opportunity to comment on potential transformative projects included in the application(s). 

Potential projects include village building improvements, streetscape upgrades, year-round event spaces, and canalside enhancements.

Additional information on the State’s DRI program will be provided at the meeting.
